Hickory Gardens is a non-profit Community Garden Effort Located In North Eastern Springfield Missouri.
In support of our mission as a public charity, at least 50 percent of all our naturally grown produce is donated to help feed those individuals and families in need. 2) Hickory Gardens accomplishes this by donating to community food banks, and reach programs such as; The Kettle Restaurant, The Kitchen, Ozarks Food Harvest, and Harvest on Wheels. Hickory Gardens hosts visits from Hickory Hills Schools students in the hope that we can
instruct and educate young people about the value of hard work, sustainable natural and healthy food
sources, sharing, helping, and charity.
